    Product description

    Patisdécor powdered egg white is dried then pasteurised. Once rehydrated, it has all the qualities of fresh egg white, whipping up and holding just like fresh whites, even better, with superior binding power. It is ideal for recipes that need only egg whites, with no wasted yolks, and works well for macarons, meringues, royal icing and more. The powder dissolves most easily in lukewarm water with gentle stirring.
