Preparation

Whisk 300 g of softened butter until creamy. Add half of the mix and beat well. Add the remaining mix and whisk again. Gradually add about 30 ml of room-temperature milk until the desired consistency is reached. Add a little extra milk if a softer buttercream is preferred.
