Patis Decor Rapid-set fruit pectin for jams, jellies and fillings, 125 g

This rapid-set pectin is a gelling agent for jams, jellies and fruit fillings, and works equally well for chunky jams, ice creams, sorbets and runny fruit centers. It gives a soft, supple gel that is not brittle, and sets quickly as it cools, in about 4 to 8 minutes. Pre-mix the powder with the dry ingredients, add to a hot liquid while stirring briskly and keep stirring until fully dissolved. Typical dose is 1 to 3 g per kg.
