This round cast iron meat press adds weight and even heat to speed up cooking, reduce curl and render fat from burgers, bacon, sandwiches, steaks and vegetables. The foldable stainless steel wire handle is heat-safe and folds flat for compact storage, packing for camping or hanging by the loop. It is made from 100 percent cast iron, preseasoned with three layers of non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS, so it is ready to use and works on gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, grill and campfire.
