Sugar, milk proteins, maltodextrins, salt, flavorings, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Allergens

May contain egg, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, sesame, sulphur dioxide and their derivatives.

Use

Meringues and pavlova: whip 300 g mix with 90 g hot water for about 10 minutes until firm, pipe small peaks onto baking paper and bake about 2 hours at 60-80 C (about 80 meringues of 2.5 cm). Covering and decorating: whip 300 g mix with 90 g hot water to the desired consistency. Stabilizing buttercream: add 30 g mix per 500 g butter to your usual recipe.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.
