This Le Thiers sommelier corkscrew is made by Maison Claude Dozorme, master cutlers in Thiers since 1902. The Le Thiers designation is reserved for knives manufactured locally in the historic French cutlery capital, and this sommelier carries its emblematic fluid line and refined details. It is a complete three-piece waiter's friend: a micro-serrated blade cuts the foil cleanly, the conical worm with its wide spiral glides into the cork without breaking it, even on older bottles, and the two-level lever with built-in bottle opener lifts the cork out gently in two steps. The natural ram horn handle carries its own shading and structure, making every piece one of a kind. The handle is fixed with Torx screws on a highly resistant worm axle, and an adjustment key is supplied. It comes in a Claude Dozorme leather case.
