The VG-MAX core, encased in 32 layers of Damascus steel, ensures extreme sharpness, resilience, and long-lasting performance. Its surface combines a hammered Tsuchime finish, a fine matte Damascus grain, and a polished edge for both function and beauty. The Pakkawood handle with an ultra-matte finish and full tang construction provides comfort, control, and balance for left- and right-handed chefs alike.
