Hard anodized fluted flan tin with loose base, 25 cm

This 25 cm fluted flan tin bakes quiches, fruit tarts and frangipanes with the classic scalloped edge, and its loose base lets you lift the finished tart out cleanly without flipping or prying. It is made from heavy gauge hard anodized aluminum by Stellar, the British cookware brand of Horwood Homewares. The hard anodized surface is abrasion resistant and metal utensil safe, will not peel, flake or rust, and is completely PTFE and PFOA free, while the aluminum core spreads heat quickly and evenly for moist centers and crisp, golden edges. It can be used in the oven up to 240 degrees C, under the grill and even on the hob (all types except induction), and it carries Stellar's lifetime guarantee.
