Hard anodized deep round cake tin, 25 cm, 7.5 cm deep

This 25 cm deep round cake tin gives you a full 7.5 cm of height, ideal for tiered celebration cakes, deep fruit cakes and generous family bakes. It is made from heavy gauge hard anodized aluminum by Stellar, the British cookware brand of Horwood Homewares. The hard anodized surface is abrasion resistant and metal utensil safe, will not peel, flake or rust, and is completely PTFE and PFOA free, while the aluminum core spreads heat quickly and evenly for moist centers and crisp, golden edges. It can be used in the oven up to 240 degrees C, under the grill and even on the hob (all types except induction), and it carries Stellar's lifetime guarantee.
