This Nontron pocket knife No. 10 is handmade by Coutellerie Nontronnaise in Nontron, in the Perigord, home of one of the oldest knife-making traditions in France. The clog-shaped handle is made from woodburned boxwood with traditional pyrographed motifs, finished with a fixed ferrule. The fixed ferrule keeps this little knife simple, slim and light. The 4 cm blade is made from Z40C13 stainless steel. Delivered with gift packaging. The mini version of the Nontron knife: small, light and practical.

Use and care

• Wipe the blade clean with a damp cloth or sponge and dry it immediately
• Never put it in the dishwasher and do not soak it in water
• Treat the woodburned boxwood with traditional pyrographed motifs handle occasionally with a drop of food-safe oil to keep it beautiful
• Apply a small drop of oil to the pivot from time to time for smooth opening
• Store it in a dry place
