This mini cast iron mini skillet has deep sidewalls, a thick edge and dual drip-free pour spouts, with a long, curved handle for a secure grip. It is great for frying eggs, pancakes, searing meats, baking and oven-to-table serving, and is safe up to 538 C (1000 F). It is made from cast iron, preseasoned with three layers of non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS, so it is ready to use and works on gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, grill and campfire. Made in Colombia.
