    Product description

    This round cast iron grill pan brings indoor grilling to your stovetop, oven, grill or campfire. Raised ridges give steaks, vegetables, seafood and paninis authentic sear marks while letting fats drain away. The deep vessel keeps food inside and the double loop handles make it easy to carry. It is made from cast iron, preseasoned with three layers of non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS, so it is ready to use and works on gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, grill and campfire. Made in Colombia.

    Use and care

    • Preheat gradually over low to medium heat
    • Always cook with oil or fat to protect the seasoning
    • Hand wash only with warm water, without soap or a dishwasher
    • Dry thoroughly and apply a light coat of oil after each use
    • Not dishwasher safe
    • Store in a dry place
