The thick cast iron gives excellent heat retention and oven-to-table style, so you can serve straight from the oven and keep food warm at the table. It is made from 100 percent cast iron, preseasoned with three layers of non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS, so it is ready to use and works on gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, grill and campfire.
