Victoria cast iron round skillet with double loop handles, 25 cm

This 10-inch (25 cm) round cast iron skillet has deep sidewalls and a subtle invisible curvature that resists warping. Two wide loop handles give a secure grip, even with oven mitts, for frying, searing, baking and roasting. It is made from 100 percent cast iron, preseasoned with three layers of non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS, so it is ready to use and works on gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, grill and campfire. Made in Colombia.

• Preheat gradually over low to medium heat
• Always cook with oil or fat to protect the seasoning
• Hand wash only with warm water, without soap or a dishwasher
• Dry thoroughly and apply a light coat of oil after each use

• Store in a dry place, with cloth or paper between stacked pans
