This reversible cast iron griddle is a 2-in-1 cooking surface: a smooth flat side for pancakes, eggs, tortillas and stir-fries, and a ridged grill side for steaks, burgers and fajitas. Wider, easy-grip loop handles make it simple to lift, even with potholders. It is made from 100 percent cast iron, preseasoned with three layers of non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS, so it is ready to use and works on gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, grill and campfire. Made in Colombia.

• Preheat gradually over low to medium heat
• Always cook with oil or fat to protect the seasoning
• Hand wash only with warm water, without soap or a dishwasher
