Patis Decor Crystallised fructose powder, sweeter than sugar, 300 g

Naturally present in fruit, honey and some plants, fructose has a greater sweetening power than sucrose, the white sugar everyone knows. It is therefore useful in low-calorie (dietetic) foods. It also gives a finer sweetness than ordinary sugar and helps develop the aroma of preparations. Ready to use, it can be added at any stage of the recipe without changing it, and is ideal in pastry, baking, confectionery and dietetic products. Use it hot or cold in place of ordinary sugar; it caramelises at 100°C and is dosed to taste.
