Guitar sheets are an essential tool for any chocolate work. Spread tempered couverture chocolate directly onto the sheet, allow it to set, then peel away to reveal perfectly glossy, sharp-edged chocolate decorations — cigarettes, shards, tiles, or free-form pieces. The smooth surface transfers a mirror-like shine that is impossible to achieve on parchment paper alone.

Beyond chocolate, these sheets are equally useful as stencil bases (chablons), as a non-stick work surface for sugar work, or as a barrier sheet when layering components in a mold or frame. Their generous 30×40 cm format gives you plenty of room to work with, and they can be cut to any size with scissors or a knife.
