Patis Decor Sorbitol 125g

Sorbitol is a white, odorless, crystalline powder, highly soluble in water, obtained by hydrogenation of dextrose and crystallization.

Sorbitol can be used as a filler sweetener or as a compression agent in sugar-free confectionery (chewing gums, sugar confectionery, tablets), but also as a humectant and stabilizer in cookie and pastry applications.

You can use it to add softness to your desserts and to keep them longer. Incorporated into ganaches, it gives them a fresh note.

Recommended dosage: 1.5 to 2.5% of total preparation weight.

Ingredients: sorbitol E420i.

May contain traces of soy, egg, milk, gluten, nuts, sulfites and lupin.
