The Fällkniven KKLz, or Kolt Knife, is designed for clean, precise slicing, especially well-suited for trimming dried meats or sausages. With a slim yet robust blade and full-length tang, it balances precision and strength in a compact form.

Crafted from laminated CoS steel, hardened to 60 HRC and shaped with a convex grind, this knife offers long-lasting sharpness and excellent cutting performance. The 85 mm blade measures 3.85 mm thick, providing strength without unnecessary bulk.

Wrapped in a comfortable, textured Thermorun handle, the full-length tang ensures secure handling and stability, while the integrated stainless steel finger guard enhances safety. Despite its slim profile, the handle offers a reliable grip even in wet conditions.
