    Xylitol is a natural sweetener extracted from birch bark. It has a low glycemic index, making it suitable for people with diabetes.

    How to use xylitol?
    For no-bake recipes, replace all regular sugar with xylitol. For recipes that require baking, reduce the quantity slightly (e.g., 150g of xylitol for 200g of white sugar), as the flavor increases during baking.
