Patis Decor Pearl Sugar medium 300g

Medium-sized pearl sugar grains, 4-5 mm in diameter, for sprinkling on choux pastry, Saint-Tropez tarts, crackers, as well as cookies and pastries.

This granulated sugar withstands baking and remains white and even.

Pearl sugar is a subtle blend of crunch and softness. It is obtained by agglomerating, grinding, and then grading No. 1 granulated sugar.

Easy to use: simply stir it directly into the dough or sprinkle it on top before or after baking.

Ingredients: white sugar.

May contain traces of soy, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, and sulfites.
