Patis Decor Glycerine, food humectant for fondant and royal icing, 100 g

Has your fondant hardened? Would you like your preparations softer or your royal icing more elastic? Glycerine is the answer. This liquid humectant is colourless, odourless, viscous and water-soluble. It softens hardened fondant, gives more elasticity to royal icing, helps you make homemade fondant, adds shine to glazes and brings moisture to your preparations. As a humectant it prevents preparations from drying out too quickly and extends shelf life; added when making ice cream, it stops the fat hardening in the cold. Of plant origin, ready to use.
