Decora Extra-white royal icing powder mix for piping and covering, 400 g

This extra-white royal icing mix gives a bright, clean finish. Whip 100 g of the powder with an electric mixer and cold water to the consistency you need: firm for 3D flowers and figures (15 g water), medium for borders, garlands and covering cakes and cupcakes (20 g water), or soft for embroidery effects and writing (25 g water).

Use

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Once opened, keep tightly closed until the best-before date.
