This concentrated bergamot flavoring adds rich bergamot flavor to batters, creams, fillings, frostings and desserts, and works both in baking and in cold preparations. Depending on the flavor, 5 to 10 g is enough to flavor 1 kg of mixture.

Use

Use 5 to 10 g per 1 kg of mixture, to taste. Do not consume on its own.
