Patis Decor Ganache smoother with adjustable stainless steel blade for sharp cake edges

This ganache smoother has an adjustable stainless steel blade for smoothing ganache or buttercream to sharp, even edges. Set it to the height you need, then hold it against the side of a coated cake and turn the cake, ideally on a turntable, for a clean finish. Wash in warm soapy water before first use and after each use, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
